Megaday is only made possible by the kind generosity of local organisations and individuals. If you would like to support Megaday, we have sponsorship packages available from as little as £50 and plenty of other ideas listed below for you to consider. If you have any other ideas of your own, please don't hesitate to get in touch, we'd love to hear from you

Sponsorship Packages Available

Package 1 – A Main Megaday Sponsor – Donations of £1000+

• 1 whole page advert on Megaday website with link & contact details
• 1 company logo (with link) on 3 separate prime pages on Megaday website
• Half Page advert in Megaday program
• A large banner on prime display at the event throughout Megaday weekend
• Advert in Caerphilly Campaign Newspaper as a supporter of Megaday
• Business Name with standard Link from sponsors page on Megaday Website

 Package 2 – Gold Sponsorship – Donations of £500+

• 1 business logo (with links) on 2 separate key pages on Megaday website
• Quarter Page advert in Megaday program
• Medium size banner on display at the event throughout Megaday weekend
• Advert in Caerphilly Campaign Newspaper as a supporter of Megaday
• Business Name with standard Link from sponsors page on Megaday Website

 Package 3 – Silver Sponsorship – Donations of £250+

• 1 business logo (with links) on 2 separate key pages on Megaday website
• Company logo and contact details in Megaday program
• Small size banner on display at the event throughout Megaday weekend
• Business Name with standard Link from Sponsors page on Megaday Website

 Package 4 – Sponsor a Megaday Band / Artist – Donations of £50+

• Company / Business name in Megaday program
• Company / Business name and contact details on Megaday website
• Business Name with standard Link from Sponsors page on Megaday Website

Other ways of Contributing to Megaday

It’s not just about donating money. There are plenty of other ways of contributing towards the Megaday Appeal. Here are some ideas?

• Why not donate a Raffle Prize for the Megaday Raffle?
• Why not donate an item (or items) for our Megaday e-bay auction?
• Why not hold a company dress down day? (staff pay a fee to dress casual)
• Why not hold a theme day e.g. a 70s dress day
• You could organise a company bowling night
• You could make a fortune from a company Swear Box
• You could help us sell Megaday Wristbands (please contact us)
• You could help us sell Megaday Raffle tickets at your workplace
• You could organise a company sweep stake based on a popular event
• You could organise your own sponsored event e.g. a cake bake / sales drive
• Why not organise a company party / disco? (we can help with arrangements)

Remember: As well as the satisfaction of contributing to a great cause, any company that supports the Megaday appeal will get a mention on our website with a link to your website (or your contact telephone number).  Your details and links will stay on the Megaday website until May 2009.
